"Transform your single-story home into a bright, spacious sanctuary tailored for modern living with elevated ceilings, natural light, and thoughtfully connected living spaces."

WSWH is a revitalization project of a long-abandoned 160-square-meter single-story house in Wongsawang, Bangkok, transformed into a vibrant home for a family of three. The core challenge was reimagining limited space to meet modern living needs while balancing comfort, functionality, and aesthetics.

The design concept focuses on creating openness and maximizing natural light. The roof structure was reconfigured to increase ceiling height, while strategically placed side openings enhance ventilation and lighting. Light-toned materials were used throughout to visually expand the interior spaces.

The interior layout efficiently accommodates 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area, living room, workspace, prayer room, and laundry facilities, complemented by parking for two cars and a small garden that introduces greenery. The centerpiece of the design is the central communal area, thoughtfully positioned to foster quality family interactions.

This renovation demonstrates how architectural intervention can breathe new life into neglected spaces, creating homes that support contemporary lifestyles while encouraging meaningful connections among family members.
