Alter and Beyond

2022

Alter and Beyond brings a fashion brand's public, operational, and private life into one mixed-use headquarters in Bangkok. Retail display, warehouse support, creative office, event space, and residential rooms are organized as connected but distinct zones. The project uses clean lines, daylight, glass, warm wood, and restrained detailing to make a complex program feel coherent rather than divided by function, giving the brand a working base that can present, produce, host, and live within the same architectural frame.

Architecture, Interior Design

The project is read through a sequence of public and private spaces: display frontage, working areas, event-ready rooms, logistics support, and residential interiors. Each view should show how the brand's daily operations and lifestyle spaces sit within one architectural system.

Alter and Beyond

The design organizes different levels of visibility, from public retail display to back-of-house movement and private living. Rather than treating each function as separate, the building uses material continuity and clear circulation to hold the program together.

Retail frontage connects brand display with back-of-house logistics.

Office and event areas support creative work, launches, and meetings.

Residential rooms create a softer counterpoint within the same building.

White surfaces, warm wood, glass, and dark trims unify the program.

A Headquarters Built Around Daily Brand Life

The project is not a simple stacking of programs. It is a working environment for a fashion brand, where retail presence, storage, creative production, hosting, and living space all need to operate without friction. The design response is calm and integrated: clear zones, connected movement, and a restrained material palette that lets each function remain legible.
